Just a note of thanks for the "no charge" on my canceled flight today. Just another very good reason to recommend your service to my colleagues and friends.
I had the pleasure of parking with fly away parking for the first time last week (stayed August 15th-18th). I had had a parking service that I used in Raleigh, NC that was a mile or so from the airport and hoped that this would be similar as this was my first time flying out of Nashville. I was pleasantly surprised at the folks that were working out front that greeted me and made sure that all my questions were answered. I felt safe leaving my car in the fenced lot. I was also very pleased with the driving of the both men to & from the airport. The bus was there to pick me up when I got off the plane and another awesome employee stepped inside from checking people in to check me out.
I will definitely be using Fly Away again as the service is affordable (I found a coupon online) & the customer service is fabulous. Please share this with all of your employees and keep up the great work.
I just wanted to take a minute to brag on your employees. My husband and I had to use your service last minute, and from my first call with Katie who also met us at our car when we arrived to Carl welcoming us home to Nashville after a long trip, I was beyond impressed. Having water waiting and trunks open really put the experience over the top.
Your company has great customer service and an efficient business model, and I just wanted to say thank you.
